Marc Our beautiful man Already a year has past since you left us We miss you so much We miss your beautiful smile We miss your quirky sense of humour We miss your infectious laugh We miss your frustration with us at times We miss your bad moods We miss your honesty We miss being able to hug you. We miss every little thing about you. I miss checking WhatsApp to see when you were last connected just to know you were ok when we hadn’t had contact for a few days. You were always so independent doing things your way You made a big impression on the people you met wherever you went, both casual acquaintances and close friends alike.. It is so unfair that just as you were really coming into your own in this world You were taken away - you had so many things you still wanted to do. You were so brave and optimistic, not wanting us to be worried, and made it easy for us to bury our heads in the sand about how bad things really were. When you found out you had cancer you decided to make the most of life whether you were here a short time or long (your words to us) and that is what you did for the next 2 years, travelling, working and being with friends and family. We are so glad you at least were able to do that. We are so proud of you and You will always be with us in our hearts our beautiful man.....
